How to start lactating again?

I had my daughter in November and she was in the nicu for 2 months. The stress on top of everything... I just couldn't keep pumping. She never latched either. Well, now that we're home and there is a formula shortage I was wondering if it would be possible? I got out my old pump and so im sitting here now trying to restimulate. What should my pumping schedule be like to relactate? Please help. This is something I really want to do.

It’s common for babies mothers in the queue to be prescribed Motilium. I personally used it myself and I’m considering using it again to re-lactate as I’m sick of never been able to find my babies formula in Australia

Possible. But hard. Best is to contact a lactation spetsialist to help you along the way.
But, what gets your supply back up is latching baby, as often as you can, but as you have not done it long, it will be harder to start.
