How to tell my parents I'm pregnant!?

Last week I found out I was pregnant, I believe I'm 4 weeks 6 days. I'm 19 years old and yes I do have a job but I still live with my parents and siblings. I've tried moving out but they won't let me, any ways I decided to keep my baby! Just afraid to tell my parents/ family because they won't take it well especially on my (ex) boyfriend.. Any suggestions?
