Should I get trap vaccine at exactly 36 weeks ? I’ve been told that you should really get it before then because otherwise you don’t have enough time to pass the antibodies onto baby.. so is it pointless ?

I never got it during pregnancy, neither did my sister in law or my mother. It’s only pushed by some doctors and my midwife said it wasn’t necessary if my husband and I are both already vaccinated because he will be getting it at his first round of shots anyway. But I’m also not comfortable getting any shots while pregnant as they don’t thoroughly test on pregnant women.

I do not take this vaccine during pregnancy. I’ve always waited until after the baby is born and have our family doc give it as needed.
