Keep waiting to feel better...:(

I had my c section 3 weeks ago. About a week pp it got infected. By the time I saw the doctor it was 2 weeks. I've been on antibiotics for 7 full days now and it's still oozing so much, I am wearing post surgery pad on it to absorb it all:( I'm in constant pain and it looks and feels awful. How long do I need to stay on antibiotics before it stops the oozing? 3 full weeks tomorrow and I am so so tired of hurting:(
