Thoughts?! 💭

Is it possible to get this and they to be false positives or may I actually be pregnant? I have PCOS and i had a false positive a couple years back. I went to hospital they did a urine test which came back positive and they thought i was having an ectopic pregnancy when my bloodwork came back and said i wasn’t. It was such an emotional rollercoaster and I don’t want to get my hopes up
