7m old fell off the bed!

I looked away for .5 seconds and she rolled off the bed which is about 3.5 feet off the ground. She was on her back. It was a very loud thud. I am so mad at myself that this happened. She didn’t initially cry only when I picked her up. Is there anything I should look out for? I’m so scared I caused her head trauma. This happened about 20 minutes ago and she’s smiled and laughed since.
