Sleeping by herself
I’m working on getting my daughter back to sleeping by herself again, currently I rock her to sleep or lay with her in her bed ( she has a toddler bed) and will sneak out when she’s asleep but then she wakes up a couple hrs later looking for me
Any tips to make it seem like I’m still there for her?? Or a decoy??
