Early ultrasound

Hello there 👋🏼

This is my first baby after 6+ years of infertility. My husband and I are over the moon excited! I have PCOS so my periods aren’t regular. So originally they though I was about 6 weeks along. When I went in for my ultrasound there was just a sac so far. My doctor now thinks I’m about 4-4.5 weeks along. She doesn’t seem worried but said if it’s the same when I go back in two weeks it’s a miscarriage. But if I am just 4 weeks we are right on track. So fingers crossed. The arrow is where my Doc says it looks like something is starting.
