My boyfriend is pissed at me over something I did before we dated.

Long story short: My boyfriend and I were once together. We dated in 2019 and 2020. Broke up that October. I was single for a year and a half before I ever reached back out to him (I dumped him). I dumped him because he was very insecure, controlling, jealous, paranoid. None of it was warranted! He just has trust issues from his previous relationship. Fast forward… we speak again this February. We are back in a relationship.

While I was single, I went on dates but nothing serious. A few one night stands. One of them was one of his old coworkers. This was a year after we broke up. His coworker told me they no longer worked together. I asked if they were still friends and he said they occasionally talk. We hung out once, smoked, he asked me to stay over and I did and we had sex. The end. It was one night and we never did anything else.

So my boyfriend and I get back together. He asks what I was up to when I was single and I told him that I only dated around. Then he asks me if I had sex? I said I’ll answer that if you do. He says yes so I said yes. No big deal right? Like who cares, we weren’t even together let alone talking, or friends. Blocked on each other’s social media for a year and a half. He asks me specifically if his coworker was one of them because he apparently likes all of my photos on social media. I said yes. Now I feel like I should’ve fucking lied because he spent the last hour going off on me about it.

By the way, I told him this MONTHS ago when we first started talking again. Before we ever made it official. Now he’s sitting here randomly bringing it up again. Calling me intentionally spiteful, how Im a terrible person for going after someone he knows, how he has a right to be mad at me?? Excuse me?? I didn’t even have to tell him this ever happened.
