How much discharge is too much?

Hi Ladies, 
The fam and I just wrapped up a camping trip and while we were there I would notice large amounts of watery/slightly creamy discharge. It was enough that my underwear were wet and needed to be changed.
Question - when should I be concerned? I know increased discharge is a thing during pregnancy, but it’s so watery and more than what I’ve been experiencing.

Never. Discharge can be EXCESSIVE during pregnancy. All kinds of discharge (white creamy, watery, yellowish goo).
If you are worried it’s your waters, it will continue to leak. If you lay down for 30 minutes and stand back up and feel a trickle, it could be your waters. Wear a pad. You can always smell it. 
If you really believe it too be your waters, your OB can do a swab test to check.
