Is this a good sign?

Hi I’m 4 weeks and 6 days I have been having shoulder pain and neck pain and lower back pains like sharp pains constantly I went to hospital today no sign of infection I got a scan they said they could see something in my uterus that they think is a very easy pregancy and that my tubes and overys look fine and doesn’t look like there’s any blood in stomach my levels was 100 last Monday and when I went back to get it checked in the Thursday it was 518 is this a good sign it’s No eptomic?
