Labor Soon?

I’m making this post because my husband is 2 hours away and I’m kind of concerned he’s not going to make it back if I’m in labor. Im 39 weeks tomorrow with baby #3. I have been having contractions for about 2 weeks but definitely noticed a difference in the consistency and intensity of the contractions I started having last night. I went to my 39 week appointment today and was 2.5cm dilated. I’ve been home for about and hour and have started losing pieces of my mucus plug, I think, I never visibly lost it with my first two. Should I be worried that he won’t make it back in time or do I have more time than I think? Should I call and tell him to come home or am I overreacting?
