Weight gain after finishing breastfeeding?
Anyone else gain some weight once you stopped breastfeeding? I've gained about 5 pounds since I stopped. I've been working out a ton, eating a lot less than I was when I was BF, and still can't get rid of this extra weight. Not sure what to do about this outside of cutting back on calories even more!
