This is just discharge and not a concern. Your mucus plug will be bloody and gross looking. You can shed mucus your entire pregnancy

It could just be discharge, when you lose your mucus plug and have your bloody show you will be able to tell

Not everyone’s mucus plug is bloody! But this isn’t a cause for concern, you lose your mucus all throughout your pregnancy because it regenerates. Unless your water breaks or you experience bleeding then you need to be seen.
