Is baby breastfed? Are your nipples okay? My baby had this when my nipples were bleeding.

This is not medical advice, just my personal experience with a similar situation. 
When this happened with my son I freaked out. It ended up being a dairy and soy intolerance for us. He was so sensitive to dairy and soy that when I ate foods with dairy/soy in them and then breast fed him, he had reactions like diarrhea and bloody poop. I noticed it one evening after his doctor was closed and left a message and got an appt for the next morning because he wasn’t upset or showing any signs of distress. But make sure to take the diaper with you whether you do go to the ER or if you wait to be seen tomorrow. They will likely want to test the poop for blood either way.
