positive pregnancy test, then negative next day

6 days late and I started cramping really bad and heavy bleeding today… idk if the 1st test was false to begin with or this is just my period idk but the pain feels different this time I don’t know what to do .. also I’ve had really bad nausea since the day I was supposed to start til now 🤮
