Sudden Crib Refusal

For the last couple weeks my 8.5 month old has been struggling to go down for naps in her crib so we’ve been doing lots of contact naps which is fine but the last two nights she won’t go down at bedtime either. No matter how sleepy she is she will scream as soon as I start to lower her into the crib, stand up and cry so so hard. I literally climbed into the crib with her the last couple nights just to get her to calm down and fall asleep. Poor thing is teething so I know she’s not feeling great but I’m wondering is this a phase or is this just my life now? Bedtime used to be so easy and now it feels so hard.
