So happy I just had to share. Yesterday I had another ultrasound at 17+2 weeks (5th ultrasound this pregnancy) to check the size of my bleed and length of cervix (the bleed was getting so large that they were concerned it may cause dilation). Since 8 weeks or so they have been monitoring this bleed that was continuing to grow and because my APS diagnosis, they decided to keep me on aspirin and Lovenox the entire time. So they expected it to keep growing but knew it could lead to other issues.

Surprisingly, my body has absorbed all the bleeding. Nothing was found on my ultrasound yesterday but my healthy baby and unfortunate circumvallate placenta. Ha, which I already knew about from my last ultrasound.

I have so much to be grateful for regardless of my diagnoses. My baby is clearly a fighter and is meant to meet their family in October 🧡🖤
