Any tips on flipping baby?

Had my 30 week appointment and baby is breech 😒 
My last one was head down my whole pregnancy (every scan) 
My OB already seems unsupportive of my vbac wishes and didn’t have any advice on flipping baby. Basically using as another reason I’ll probably have another csection. 
So any advice on getting baby to flip before my next growth scan at 34weeks on June 20th💖

When I did my first 3/4d scan at 28 weeks baby was breeched so we had to reschedule another one and I was told to go on the spinning babies website and follow their stretches and moves. I confirmed with my midwife to make sure that was okay and it worked. When I went to my next one at 30 she was unbreeched. So I would try that! I also did figure 8 moves on the yoga ball and 10 cat/cow stretches and glute bridges. Hopefully it works for you!

Not sure, I would just ask for another scan close to due date as baby can flip at any time. Even if baby is head down at 34 weeks they can flip back breech. My sister wanted a VBAC & my nephew literally flipped the day before her induction. She had a breech scan the morning before her Induction. She ended up having a failed VBAC due to cord issues but if it wasn’t for that, she would’ve pushed him out ❤️ best of luck
