3 month old not wetting diaper at night?!

Anyone else deal with this? My little guy is starting to sleep 7-9 hour stretches at once at night. When he wakes up, his diaper is dry. Within 10 minutes of nursing (he's ebf) he pees a lot. He's still having plenty of wet diapers during the day. Should I call my ped?

Now as long as  baby is having 8-10 dirty diapers within a 24 hours period including at least 2 stools or more

Mine does that too I'm not worried only bc I get 8+ wet diapers a day and maybe they are peeing a very tiny bit? A morning time pee also? They are early potty training hahaha

Sounds like it could be normal. My son had a kidney issue at birth, and his urologist told me if that happened to call him asap. 
If your baby don't have any health issues it's probably normal, but I would just call the pediatrician just to make sure.

This happened to my dd when she was around 3 months. It lasted a week maybe and then she went back to peeing lots at night. She was Peeing tons during the day so I wasn't too worried.

I'm not sure about wetting, but my DD recently stopped pooping during her night sleeps.
