Perimenopause… only 31
Has anyone else been told they’re going through perimenopause at a young age? I am only 31 and have been experiencing random menstrual irregularities/hormone fluctuations and my OBGYN explained that it’s the beginning of perimenopause. I feel so old. 🫤🫠
