Does this lump look like a goiter?

A week ago I noticed swelling on my neck that is not painful, just a little tight. Currently 14 weeks pregnant, and feel like my thyroid has been acting up over my pregnancy, even though I had my thyroid levels checked a month ago through a blood test, and they came up normal. Going to ask my OB about it in a week when I see her, and also have an appointment scheduled with a doctor on the 13th. Been doing reading on Google, and it is pointing me towards possibly being a goiter. Has anyone had one of these before? Or a nurse? Does this appeared to be a goiter? Never had this happen before.
