Gyno help.

I check my cervix because I’m on nuvaring, and I had to remove it today. It was stuck up there lol. And my cervix it’s almost pitted. There’s large hard almost rough bumps on it. I also have a lymph node in my groin that gets swollen and painful randomly. It’ll go away and then come back again in a few days. I was going to call my gyno when they open at 8am. I noticed the bumps yesterday but the lymph node has been swollen on and off for the past month. I do have a history of cervical and uterine cancer in my family and I’ve had an abnormal pap in the past. I’m not going to over think it until I know if it’s normal or not. But has anyone else had this issue? Rough cervix and swollen lymph nodes? Is this normal? Idk
