Recurring yeast infections

So my husband seems to want to get a yeast infection because the tip of his penis is starting to want to fill up with small bumps. He is not circumcised nor does he have diabetes so its really strange that it wont go away. He does play basketball and at times will not shower after he comes back all sweaty so i think thats an issue but the problem is that i dont want to get them and he has never had a problem until i gave him a yeast infection so now that its in his system it doesnt seem to want to go away. We went on a treatment that kills fungal infections all through out the body. It cleared up for a few months but now its back.
