Does momcozy pump have good return policy?

The website says 7 days after delivery date for warranty and returns. They also say no returning used products. What if you get the pump, open it, try to use it and it won’t work? Let’s say you ordered the pump a month before due date. By the time you try it it’s way past a week and you used the product. Are you basically stuck with it at that point? Does anyone know?

A lot pumps have a no return policy, or no return of opened item. Because of the nature of a product. You have to go through customer service if the product is defective or damaged when you open it. Typically it’s just a matter of sending photos of your receipt and the damaged item and they would send you a replacement. But you can’t just return it because you didn’t like it.
