Is this signs of impending labor?

I’m 37 weeks and 1 day now I have been having back pain and hot flashes through out my whole pregnancy, but yesterday felt so intense I was crying at how uncomfortable I was. The night before last I got these random back spasms that just kept coming and going than cramping but it was manageable. Now last night I got hot flashes which I was thinking was fine until the hot flashes became intense and came in like waves it would go like: hot flashes, back pain, pelvic pressure, and than end in cramps. And it just kept getting more and more intense and my stomach was getting hard every time it happened and than just stopped but now I just feel nauseous and like I have to diarrhea. It’s gone now in the morning but it just felt so intense and hit me out of no where and I’ve had Braxton hicks but that never felt that bad. Now this is my first baby so I’m just worried if I am already in labor or something is wrong?
