Terrified and waiting...

I woke up this morning with a tiny bit of bright red bleeding followed by fairly consistent cramping and a couple of shooting pains. I'm waiting on my Dr.'s office to call back for an appointment after they assured me that I would be seen today. I had a missed miscarriage in October 2013 and while this is nothing like the first time, I'm terrified. And I was so excited to have made it to 12 weeks today...

Any info from others that have had a similar experience would be appreciated. Anything to keep me from increasing this anxiety...

Of course Google isn't helping. 😬
