3rd trimester, transvaginal ultrasound and pain after

I’m 28 weeks and got a transvaginal ultrasound 2 days ago and it didn’t hurt but as I started walking after the ultrasound I felt horrible pain on my side. I can’t lay on my sides anymore because the pain and pressure hurts like hell and now it’s causing my back to hurt too. Walking hurts also. I can only lay on my back and don’t feel it at all. I tried to tell the nurse that the pain was very uncomfortable and she just stared at me and ignored me so I thought maybe I just need to relax but now it’s getting worse and worse 😩 I’m scared to go back to the hospital just to get discharged again.

Had any of you ever felt bad cramping after a transvaginal ultrasound? I had plenty of them and never felt pain before
