Implantation bleeding or period

I was married on March 20 2022 and my period is always end of every month but on 17th April my period came, on 16th May I got dark brown light discharge on and off and last for 4 days and my period didn’t came at all, after that yesterday 29th May I got the same dark brown on and off discharge and today 30th May when I wipe it I got as per below picture.. so is this kind of implantation bleeding or need medical attention.. ?? And pls help me ADVISE ON THIS. 🙏🏻 as I am new to this..
