Please answer

So I recently got iud about 3 months ago & I’m still getting my period, glow said my period was due in 3 days and it came 3 days earlier is that something I should bring up to my doctor? It came unexpectedly . I usually have cramps but this time no cramps, just sharp pains bloating nausea and I was so hungry up until I got it. Has this happened to anyone else ?
