First 28 Day Cycle in Awhile
I’m 42 and in Perimenopause, and desperate to get pregnant. I haven’t skipped any periods, but they are very irregular. I got my period today, which sucks, but it’s my first 28 day cycle in a few months. I don’t know if it helped, but I’ve been taking melatonin, maca root, vitamin B Complex, vitamin D3, folic acid , trying to reduce sugar , caffeine, and unhealthy food, and a vitamin filled meal supplement shake. Has anyone been able to regulate their cycle during Perimenopause with lifestyle changes, and did it lead to pregnancy/live birth? I know it’s just one cycle for me, but wondering
