Need some help

On Saturday night went to the er for cramping no blood . They went by my lmp which is 11 weeks ago . They told me that they couldn't find baby's heartbeat with a doppler . The Dr did a bedside ultrasound . And told me that he's not good at ultrasounds and that he couldn't see the baby's heart beat either . All he told me was that my hcg went from 300 to 16000 so that's a good thing . All we can do is wait . Can any of you ladies that had similar experience tell me what happened with you or anyone that has advice tell me . I'm on the fence of losing hope
