Weight loss

Alright y’all so I am looking into hopefully getting back into the gym starting tonight and also start walking at work tomorrow during lunch and breaks.

I currently weigh about 215lbs and in the past I’ve gotten down to 180/190 before but always end up quitting!! I’m literally so sick and tired of being fat. I just want to be healthy and happy.

During this restart of my journey, im scared of being scared to eat 😞 it seems I always fall into my bad habits again or eat up binge eating. I have trouble eating things in moderation… any tips??
