Anyone have experience with summer depression??

Ive been experiencing seasonal depression for a few years now, it comes and goes but i need a better way to deal with it.

No I’ve just got depression in general, it sucks! Meds, getting out and doing something helps because I’m not always with my thoughts.

I'm doing therapy for that and other reasons, I'm usually depressed in between summer and autumn, and my therapist is helping me finding ways to be stronger during that time and in general, the important thing is to remember that is temporary and of course everyone has their way to cope. For me writing, running and listening to music helps a lot, but I think it's different for everyone.

Anyone have experience with summer depression??
