Opinions please.....?

Ok so we found out we're having another boy we think....pretty sure. Anyway we already have two one is my step son and mine other is from a previous do this is mine and my husband child together...I am separate for a girl and I was gutted but recently my husband has said seeing the older boys are 5 and 6 that maybe two younger ones would be nice but you can't guarantee sex so we are actually looking at maybe considering adoption of a little girl? What do youthful is that a bad idea is 4 kids a bit too much?? Be honest guys xxx

i was adopted, my parent wanted a girl terrible, my mom had a hard time with pregnancy, she had 3 miscarriages in a row and the 3 she was able to carry were all boys, so getting pregnant for her was just not an option, they were looking for one lil girl to join their family and they adopted internationally, long story short they ended up adopting me and my sister from russia as we were not able to be separated, bringning the family from 5 to 7 in one household. i have personally never adopted so cant give u advice from that point of view but being adopted, i was 9 and my sister was 10, was prob the greatest life experience and change, we were alot older so ur experience may be a whole lot different if u adopt at young age. but as being adopted i now wanna adopt in the future. it is a blessing, life changing experience, being loved and wanted. and the 3 boys my mom already had loved having two girl into the family we all got along great and we had them to protect, teach us ect. so i say go for it!!! if ur afraid family not adjusting its no different then brining home a baby that u carried for 9 months be first time for everyone to meet the lil human being. more kids more love to go around :D good luck!

I think it's great to adopt! If you have the space and financial ability to raise 4 kids, go for it. There are so many children who need homes.

I always would consider adopting a little Chinese girl, my husband doesn't want to though. so I hope to have a girl not all boys.

My husband and I have 3 girls and 1 boy and I'm now pregnant with the 2nd boy which will make 5 kids and right now with us having 4 isn't so bad. Its not just absolute easy but having one child isn't easy. Having 4 didn't stop us from getting a 5th... I say u can do it especially when its something u really want. Plus adoption is beautiful. Please give a little girl a great home!! I'm rooting for you!!!

We are in the same boat kinda. We are having our second boy together. No previous children for either of us. His family is ALL boys. No girls at all. We only want 3 kids. This pregnancy has been super hard on me. I'm 34 weeks now. We are considering fostering for a while and then depending on how that goes adopting a little girl. We both want a girl but chances are we will have another boy. Do what works for you. 4 isn't too much, my mom had 6 with two losses. So she would have had 8.

Thank you your reply was truly heartwarming and gives me so much encouragement that it would be the right thing to do. I do think it would complete us we have one each from previous one of our own and one we wanted to adopt. Thank you and I'm so pleased you have such high feelings for adoption X
