Subchorionic Hematoma/Hemorrhage

Has anyone else ever had a subchorionic hematoma/hemorrhage in their current pregnancy or a previous? Did you go on to have a healthy pregnancy or? First time experience with this, and have been having spotting, anywhere from light amounts of dark brown to bright red. No pain and nothing currently that is filling a pad. I know it increases the likelihood of miscarriage significantly. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced one and how it went, if you went on to have healthy babies or ended up miscarrying.
