Possible miscarriage

So I’m currently in the ER waiting to be seen . At this point ob wasn’t sure how far along I was best guess I’m bout 6-7weeks… I’ve been cramping since before I knew I was pregnant and the nausea has been no joke… but today my stomach felt a bit tighter than usual and so did the nausea. Well TMI but I went to go pee for the 50th time but this time a gush of blood came too like fresh blood. This is a first for me . I really hope I’m not loosing this baby. Anyone had this or going through this?
