Low anterior placenta

What does this mean? I’m not really getting a definitive answer from Google 🙈

Edit to the nurse, i thought it would go without saying that I will discuss it with my midwife. Hence why I didn’t say that, but my appointment isn’t for a week or two so wanted to know if anyone had experienced something similar. I wouldn’t harm my unborn child in any way so not sure what you’re getting at, but thanks for your concern.
