Maternity Leave
My boss wants me to return to work when I get home from the hospital. I'm in a company of 5 employees and am not covered by FMLA or any laws for maternity leave.
Is anyone else in the same situation or has been in the same situation? If so, what did you do?
Please pray for my boss to be compassionate and understanding. And for the women in his life to help him see reason.
