Do you like working from home?

Question

I currently work full-time at a school. I got a job offer to go hybrid and still work at the school schedule. I would have to go in the office three days a week but I could work from home two days a week. I have a two-year-old who would be home with me on the two days but I am not sure if that would be good or I wouldn’t be able to entertain her enough. 
Any advice is helpful!

I work from home, but I work evenings. it works for us because our baby goes to bed 1 hour into my shift. He's always been a good sleeper so I am really able to focus on my work when he's sleeping.
I don't think I could do day hours with our child nearby.

I couldn’t WFH and care for my baby. And I absolutely couldn’t do it now that he’s a toddler!

Yes and no lol if I could do a few days at home and a few days at the office like you I would be so happy. I worked full time at home with 2 toddlers and it was hard. Hard mostly not having any adult interaction. We moved twice in a year so I didn’t have any friends either. I do love being home with my kids though and not needing to get dressed up for work lol

I work from home and I love it. I think it depends on your personality if you like it or not but it works great for me. I don’t feel the need to go out and see ppl often, my family’s enough to me! I am self-motivated, and love not having to get ready or waste time driving to work, or money on gas. So many benefits
My husband watches our 20 month old in the morning but I have her the last 3 or 4 or so hours of my day. She’s usually napping at the beginning, then when she wakes up, I take my lunch to play with her a bit and get her lunch ready. I clock back in after I serve her lunch. She does pretty well playing by herself for awhile when I’m working, she knows I’m working so it’s not time to play together, but we do turn the tv on for a couple hours which helps a ton. I’ve done days where I have her all day while I’m working and it is a lot but it is do able if needed for us, but the tv is on a good chunk of the time. But those are rare occasions I’ve had to do that. On regular days, I do take a couple quick breaks to play with her a bit tho, probably more than I should! 
I think half a day is more manageable with a toddler if that is possible. Unless you are able to clock in and out and don’t have specific hours you have to work exactly. But maybe you could have a lot of activities ready, I’m sure you could make it work if you had to
