Does anyone else get the SAME pimple every month before AF?

Every single month that I have AF (pcos, so I'm irregular), I get a pimple in the same exact spot a couple days before I start. I don't get any other pimples, I hardly ever have any acne.

But I'll get a pimple on the right side of my nose, like underneath in the crease. Every time I get that pimple, I know my period is about to start. Months where I miss a cycle, I don't get the pimple. It's been like this for several years, so it's not just a coincidence.

Anyone else get pimples like this? Or is this weird?

I mean, it's nice always having that heads up lol but it amazes me/weirds me out that my body does this and it knows.
