Possible miscarriage

I am very confused. I thought I was having a miscarriage. I went for blood work for my HCG on Wednesday and it was 35.93. Today I got blood work and It was 97.2. Which means it more than doubled? Am I pregnant? Am I miscarrying? I’m so confused??
