Can being dehydrated be mistaken for a UTI? Apparently, I have a UTI but no symptoms which I’ve never had before. My UTIs are always noticeable and awful. The day I did my urine test I barely had been drinking water due to extreme nausea (I’m pregnant) and it was fairly dark yellow. There was a good amount of discharge in it and they didn’t have me wipe with a Sani wipe prior like they usually do. I just don’t think I have a UTI
