So the other day I found out I was miscarrying… I had blood work done because one night when I went to the bathroom I was bleeding bright red. I put a panty liner on and never bled like that again. I had some very light pink spotting for less than 24 hours. I am very crampy, however blood work showed that I miscarried. Has anyone every miscarried and NOT bled? I’m so confused. I mean I did bleed, but there wasn’t clots, or anything like that. I haven’t bled in 4 days now. It just doesn’t seem right.
