My husband had covid about three weeks ago. Me nor our two girls (3 and 4m) got it. Now starting last Tuesday my daughter got some nasty cold, and now starting last night around 11 on my husband started to feel sick. And threw up around 3 ish am. And a couple more times after that. I have him in our room which has a bathroom and he’s not allowed to come out. I give him what he needs like outside the door.

I have emetophobia REALLY bad. So I’m freaking out. My concern is he shared some meatballs with my daughter yesterday before showing any symptoms and I believe he kissed me on my lips as well before showing symptoms. I’ve been very diligent about sanitizing and washing hands and stuff. What the probability of us catching this? I’m so scared and stressed out. I have no help with the kids because he’s sick. I think incubation is 12-36 hrs from exposure.

Please someone give me words of encouragement or anything, or your experience with this sort of thing. I know I sound ridiculous and crazy but I can’t help it. 😣
