Hi ! I found out that I am pregnant with my third 6 months pp, before finding out I was on my weightloss journey but when I got pregnant my appetite increased and I was intermittent fasting. I am trying to get back on track with exercise and eating healthy: I am super tired now and I work from home. What tips does anyone recommend to help get back on track. I do not want to lose all my gains
