Awkward sex questions

Sooo,

I have a few questions about sex. Lol. I recently got a new boyfriend and we have started having sex. Is it normal for it to be somewhat painful the first couple times we do it? He’s very average size. But it just hurts. Also, is there such thing as being too wet? Because holy shit. We have to put a towel down every time because otherwise it’s a mess. It seems like when we finish and he pulls out, the flood open. Is this normal? Am I crazy?
