How many Braxton hicks is too many?

At what point should I go get checked out? I've been having contractions all day at work, they're not super painful. I'm only 29 weeks.

We went to the child birthing class at our hospital, and they told me to come in to get checked it I have more then 4 in one hour

My OB said to call if I have more than 6 in an hour

I was told if they are less than 5 mins apart for 1 hour or are really really painful for 1 hour then get checked, or after drinking 1-2 bottles of water and laying down after 2 hours your still having them get checked.

My OB has always said 6 or more in an hour and you need to go to L&D.
