Cycle day 22 today

Please tell me when I should take home pregnancy test with the test strip that allows u to check 5 days before missed period. I had my trigger shot on May 27th. Then on June 1st I had progesterone test to c if I ovulated , dr said I did ovulate n today is cd 22. I have pregnancy test on June 10th. Please advise when I should take a pregnancy test. But I want to note something that for some reason my lower abdomen I feel some kind of tenderness or pain, very mild. Don’t know what that is. If anyone knows please tell me. I didn’t mention but my period is due on next Monday which is on June 13th. Thank you in advance
