So sick

So my period is supposed to start Thursday but I’ve been nauseous and vomiting all day today already. I took a cheapie test at like 1 o clock and it was negative but I know it’s early and first morning urine is better. I am going to test tomorrow morning again.. was just wondering if anyone else has even been physically I’ll before a positive test or if it’s just a coincidence? I’m also SUPER tired, but my boobs are barely even sore.
